Lakes Lash Studio does not offer refunds for services provided. There are no exceptions to this. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to ensure your satisfaction.

Lakes Lash Studio requires cancelling no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to do so, you may be charged a nominal fee. Appointment reminders are sent out to help eliminate this situation. I will always take into consideration the situation.
LATE/NO-SHOW POLICY
LATE/NO-SHOW POLICY
If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment or you fail to arrive, you will be marked as a no-show and be charged the applicable fee associated with your service. I will always take into consideration the situation.
